This year’s program begins January 1, 2018 and runs through September 30, 2018. If you select biometric screening as one of your Health Activities, it must be completed between January 1-September 30, 2018.

Program Questions

Employees enrolled in the Medica insurance plan offered by the City are eligible to participate. The program includes participating in Health Activities that earn points towards the Well-being Program incentive. Click on the “Start Here” tab to the left for more information. Sample Description
The real incentive is better health! The bonus: For earning 200 points you will receive $300 HRA contribution in 2019. By earning an additional 100 points, you will receive an additional $600 into your HRA for a total of $900 into your Wealthcare Account in 2019. PLUS: Medica will send you a $20 Reward gift card from a list of retailers for every 100 points you earn, up to 500 points or $100.
Monthly contributions will begin January, 2019.

Biometric Screening

No. However, you may want to choose to focus with a health coach on results outside of the acceptable range.
Yes. You can submit your results from a screening with your private physician that was performed between January 1, 2018-September 30, 2018. You will need to provide your doctor with the Health Screening form (see tab to left).
Medica is unable to accept those results into their system. You will need to submit results from a screening performed between January 1, 2018-September 30, 2018.
